Lakhaon Poul Srei is the female version of Lakhaon Khaol (classical male masked theater), which literally translates as ‘female narration’. Unlike Lakhaon Khaol, which uses a separate group of narrators, Lakhaon Poul Srei dancers take turns narrating while other members continue to dance.
